Nowadays the raw materials of brick machine production line is not only clay ,but also shale, coal gangue, fly ash, slag, mineral waste residue, household garbage and mixture of kinds of raw materials.
In order to meet the craft requirements, the raw materials should be processed before usage, like crushing, mixing, blending and ageing…etc.
 
To keep the raw materials even for the brick machine production line, and with feasible plastic index and dry sensitive coefficient, the raw materials should be processed and disposed like below:
 
1.Natural weathering: after exploiting, the raw materials of clay brick machine production line should be stacked outdoors for several days, let it be loosen, permeated by moisture by nature. It’s a good and simple way to even and increase the plastic index, and improve the drying performance. For the shale, they can also be broke up from large size to small size through weathering process, and it will help reduce the burden of crushing process.

2. Eliminating impurities: the tree roots, turf, Chunks of pebble, sandstone, limestone…etc can be cleared away by hand, but machinery like roller crusher, screen will be mainly used for separating the impurities.

3.Ageing: After the process of crushing, blending and mixing with water, stack the raw materials in the banker for more than 72 hours, let the moisture osmosis evenly and mud loosen, it will not only improve the plastic index and easy to shape ,but also void flaw.

4. Mechanical treatment: it aims to improve the technical maintenance of the raw materials. It includes the crushing, blending and mixing…etc.
