Advantages of Coal Gangue Brick making
 

1.Saving the Energy
Because the abandoned coal gangue contains a certain calorific value, using it for brick making can save the coal.  The same of annual output of 50 million pieces of standard brick enterprise,which consumes the coal to reach 5000-6000 tons . As I introduce, our company adopts waste hat recycling process that is no secondary pollution and the production donnot like clay brick production, it cannot be effected by the seasons. Using the coal gangue for brick making can control the coal consumption of each 10 thousand bricks below 0.2tons, which is much lower than national standard of coal using, and save about 4000tons of coal a year.

2.Saving the Land
As an annual output of 50 million pieces of standard brick enterprise, a clay brick factory should cover an area of 180-200mu, and consume the 80000 cubic meters one year. Calculating by 3m deep soil layer, 40mu of land will be dug a year. But using the coal gangue for brick making, a factory will just cover about 30mu areas, and it can save about 1000mu land in less than 20 years.

3.Turning the Waste Into Wealth and Beautifying the Environment
Wasting coal gangue mountain lost the use value basically and using coal gangue for brick making can turn the waste into wealth which can not only eliminate pollution and beautify the environment, but also return the farmlands.

4.The Coal Gangue Brick with High Quality
The coal gangue brick adopts high-intensity vacuum extruder method.on the process of raw materials, it uses the process such as hammer breaking,coarse,high-speed fine breaking, screen and so on which increase the compactness of the brick (a new brick product can stand a 90-100kg weight people). After using the waste heat drying, it is roasting through the high temperature furnace(100-150c higher than the clay brick temperature) that can make the harmful substances in the brick disappear. Because the coal gangue brick can be used in kinds of bearing and unbearing parts with match bricks, so it is good for construction and  promotion.
