Relationship between Tunnel Kiln Structure and Production
Tunnel kiln is an interconnected kiln. According to the length direction, it is divided into three zones: preheating zone, sintering zone, cooling zone.
For one setting firing kiln, it is equipped with a dry area in front of the preheating zone. Tunnel kiln is installed with laying track. kiln car enters the tunnel kiln in turn. After drying, preheating, sintering, cooling and out of the kiln is the finished product.
The fuel coal in the calcined enters from coal hole into the heating tile. The exhaust gas in the preheating zone through smoke vent to discharge flue. It cools the bricks with cooling belt at the end of the cold fan into the stove. The hot air comes into being after cooling products, one part enters into the roasting for combustion, one part of the pumped in drying chamber for dry heat source.
Tunnel kiln is generally equipped with waste heat utilization system, it is in order to extract the hot air for drying kiln to drying bricks. Ferry pusher, trailer, enter machine, exhaust fan, cooling fan, smoke waste heat fan and other auxiliary equipment, all run its work independently.
