The operation specifications should be followed strictly in use of double stage vacuum extruder .Any carelessness will damage the vacuum extruders, and influence the production efficiency. Below are the operation specifications in details for your reference:
3.Before operation, the operator should check whether every moving part is in initial state or not.Especially check whether the charging car is under the barley storage bin.
4.If machines get struck, the direction valve should be closed first, and then oil pump. You mustn’t deal with the struck phenomenon while pulling the direction valve.
5.When changing moulds, the above mould should be hung by rope to void the falling.
6.While replacing valve and hydraulic parts, you should keep piston of all cylinders in lowest point, to prevent the oil injection and moulds falling. When it’s off work, a piece of board should be put on the mould below, and so that the above mould can be drop down to the board.
7.Keep the leader and other moving parts clear and lubricated frequently.
8. When it’s off work, you should clear and lubricate the vacuum extruder. But you shouldn’t wash the vacuum extruder with water, since there is electrical equipment inside the extruder.
