For getting higher economic benefit, you must improve the capacity of brick making machine. And the capacity will be determined by many factors. For example, whether the workers operate brick making machines properly and whether the structure of kiln is reasonable or not.
 
The most important is adjusting the machines scientifically and operating elaborately, and below are some ideas for your reference:

1. Keep the wet materials with even moisture. Before sent to brick making machine, the raw materials should be crushed and mixed, so that they can be mixed evenly.
2. Lubricate the mud cylinder in time to make sure the wet materials can be lubricated properly.
3. Increase the length of hopper of brick making machine, to reduce the block of wet materials.
4. The compression ration should be proper, say about 2.5-4.0.
5. Increase the helical angle of reamer, but it shouldn’t more than 23°.
6. Improve the rotate speed of reamer, no more than 1.2m/s will be ok.

 
Brick making machines are the mainly equipment for brick factories. Not only the performance should be nice, configuration should be good, but also should the workers operate machines properly, and adjust machines reasonably. Only by this way, will we get much margin from the brick business.
