If the raw materials are blocked, maybe heater can’t work, or operating temperature is low; and probably the plasticization of raw materials is bad.
 
The capacity is less than before, then you need to check whether the feeding system has break down or no materials are in the feeder; whether extruded system has been blocked.
 
During the production, you’d better pay attention to the maintenance, and check whether machines are ok in advance, to make sure the reasonable production.
