2.Production flow introducton

• Workers use Loader or manually input the Clay from Clay Storage Area into Box feeder.
• Roller Crush Machinewill crush and stirring the Clay and then supply it to the Belt Conveyor.
• The Belt Conveyorwill transport the Clay into next step.
• Double-shaft Mixerwill mix well the Clay with water and then supply it to the Belt Conveyor.
• The Belt Conveyor will transport the Clay into the Extruder.
• Extruderwill process and extruding the Clay into Clay Columnand send it to Cutting Machine.
• Cutting Machinewill cut the Clay Columninto preferencessize.
• The green bricks will be transported for drying or directly to kiln for burning.
