raw material are conveyed into the Vacuum Extruder, clay columns are extruded, and being cut into required clay brick size; the conveyor belt separates

the cut bricks, and workers stacks the bricks onto the drying cart manually.
 
3.The stacked green bricks are transported to the drying area by the transporting car, after drying,the dried bricks are then moves into the Firing Kiln,

after firing for 25-32 hours, the production procedure is over, and the bricks are stacked manually to Finished Product storage Area, and ready for packing

and selling for wall building.
