Speaking of sintered brick production line, people would first think of energy consumption of the vacuum extruder, but how to save the energy of vacuum extruder in the production process?

It is well known that vacuum extruder consists of the upper part and lower part. The upper part is mainly used for if stirring, and the lower part is mainly used for outing of mud.  
 
First of all, the superior part of mixing in the vacuum extruder plays an important role in energy conservation . If the improper arrangement of reamer mixing system, compression ratio of inner and outer taper sleeve cavity is too big, long sealing claimed, mixing part into the lower vacuum mud material will be too little per unit time. Or the stirring shaft rotational speed is low, sludge accumulation in steel mixing caused by the overload. This will cause the waste of energy.

The reasonable use of vacuum pump is also important. Reasonable choice of vacuum pump make vacuum extrusion function in the best state operation, then it will reduce energy consumption.
