The Working Process of Brick Setting Machine

The work process of brick setting machine: When the brick cutting machine push the brick to the sub-billet board, the sub-blank system begins to work, it drives sub-blank board to open to do the sub-action. When the brick slitting is completed, lift cylinder downs, when the chuck reaches the scheduled position, the chuck jig works, picking up the billet, and then lifting the chuck from the lifting cylinder to the predetermined height. The billet system opens the billet air passage, and the walking device drives the blank billet machine to go directly to the kiln. After completion of the action, the kiln turns to 90 °, and then the lift cylinder descends to the pre-set blank height, the chuck fixture opens and put the bricks on the kiln car, the brick setting machine completes an automatic code brick process, after the action cycle, the code blank work completes. The functions of brick setting machines are centralized control by the electrical, the operator simply start the appropriate operating procedures to achieve automatic operation.
