Suitable kilns are quite important for the clay brick machine production line. In China these days, the Hoffman kiln and tunnel kiln are widely applied for the brick factories.
 
For a small or middle scale brick factory, Hoffman kiln will be ok. After the cutter, green bricks can be sent to drying chamber before burning .Since the budget of Hoffman kiln is less than that of tunnel kiln, so it’s economic and can meet the production capacity of brick factories.
 
For large scale brick factories, tunnel kiln will be better .Though the budget of tunnel kiln is much higher, but it’s more efficiency and the capacity is large.
