The main four factors are mud cylinder, reamer, head of machine and mouth. If the above four factors can be matched well for different raw materials, and with good craft, then the vacuum extruder can play its best performance.
 
First, some people maybe think that the shorter mud cylinder, the better. Thus the load of vacuum extruder is small and capacity will be high. Actually it’s not like that. If the mud cylinder is short, then the seal section will be short. The raw materials spin in the cylinder and produce heat, then the block the vacuum room. So the length of mud cylinder should be reasonable.
 
Second, the arrangement of screw pitch of reamer is also quite important. The arrangement of screw pitch should be made as per different raw materials.
 
Third, the quality of mouth will affect the quantity and quality of vacuum extruder. The production of machine mouth should be matched with the composition of raw materials and plasticity.
 
The last but not least, for sandy raw materials, the head of machine can be quite longer. And for materials with good plasticity, the length of head can be short.
