The JZK series of brick machines have many features. The trowel of our brick machine
uses wear-resistant metallization technology;mixer shaft in above stage, main shaft of
trowel and the body of machine are manufactured by aging, quenching and tempering;
gears of reducer are of hard tooth surfaces; clutch adopts screw press patented
technology, which improves the service life of equipment.
In addition, the shafts and gears adopt high quality carbon steel and alloy steel, the key
parts are quenched and tempered so as to extend the life.Augers are adopted in wear-
resistance metal spray painting treatment. The de-airing brick machines use electric
clutch to make operation more convenient, and it adopts copper bracket bearing and
immerging lubrication method.

operate stably without installing anchor bolts and reduce the power consumption
