How to select raw materials for brick making machine

The soil should be without weeds, roots, stone etc. And the purity is consistent, the viscosity is moderate. If it's fly ash, coal gangue or they are kinds of waste residue,you'd better consider to mix them with soil .Only clay is not good ,there will be cracks on the surface of bricks.

Second ,the quality of raw materials for brick making machine should be the same. The so-called quality means that the viscosity and the wet degree are the same. For example ,one pile is sand while other pile is clay .One pile of raw material is dry while the other one is wet, then these are not suitable.

Third ,the volume of adding should be uniform. If not ,the output and quality of products  will be affected. The wet degree of raw material should be balance.If not ,the brick making machine will be damaged.
