The seal of clay brick machines:

1.Static seal is quite simple and assured.The seal of clay brick machines mainly includes the seal among all junction surfaces of vacuum tank, junction surfaces of mud cylinder, and that between mud cylinder and junction surface of vacuum tank, the shafts for mixing and for squeezing, the seal of all lubricating device…etc. There are so many surfaces and parts need to be sealed, if they can’t be took good care, the vacuum tank will leak air, and then the vacuum degree will be low ,which will affect the usability and quality of clay brick machines.

2.For the seal of all junction surfaces,the working accuracy should be assured, so that all junction surfaces will touch each other very well. During the assembling,seal gum should be spread on the junction surfaces, and then all screws should be fixed.

3.Seal of lubricating device (especially the seal of grease nipple) has been always ignored during the design and usuage.

4.Notice:For the installation of vacuum line system ,if it’s possible ,you’d better reduce the length of line, try to avoid turning off and branching, to cut down the air resistance ,enhance the efficiency of vacuum pump .For installation of adapting pieces, the seal should be ensured ,and keep no air leak .
 
If the seal of vacuum degree is kept well, then the clay brick machines will produce bricks with low moisture and high proof pressure.
