At the moment ,there is a large market for auto brick machine in Banladesh .Because there are many manual brick factories need to update their brick machines and kilns .More and more Chinese companies involving auto brick machine step into this market. But most of the auto brick machine can not produce good quality bricks .

There are mainly two problems. One is that there are cracks on the surface of bricks after drying. Zhengtai auto brick machine factory suggest that, two  roller crushers and two mixers are required ,so that the clay can be crushed and mixed evenly . In the first mixing process, the water required is little. In the second process, the water required is enough ,but not too much.

In Bangladesh tunnel kiln is very rare. Only 4/5 project running but most of them is not running smoothly  because of different reason. The clay condition and weather is liable for this. The soil's moisture is very high about 25% to 30%. so when they put a big volume green brick into the tunnel kiln sometimes lower level green brick break down which effect on whole process. We suggest you design auto brick machine projects with HHK dryer . Firstly you produce green bricks with auto brick machine as usual, then use drying cart to drying chamber ,than again those dry bricks will be transfered to kiln cart .The above method helps solve the problem.
