Main Components of Zhengtai Brick Making Machine
Zhengtai brick making machine is composed of two parts, mixing and extruding. The two parts all transmit power by motor, clutch and reducer, finally to main shaft through couplings.
Mixing tank, mud cylinder, vacuum chamber, frame structure, shaft as the main components form the mixing part in above stage. There are blades on the mixer shaft, and steam pipe on the outside of mixing tank, pumping tube and filter on the vacuum tank. The extruding part is mainly made up by trowel, trowel shaft, mud cylinder, mould and wide base. When mixing materials, they will be of enough plasticity with the existence of steam. Then pressed into vacuum chamber, materials are transported into mould by trowel, finally extruded into brick strip.
